
Jed Dowling (He/Him)
Jed is the Programme Director of Pride at Work and the Co-CEO of Dublin Pride. He has been involved in LGBTQ+ activism and community work for 25 years. Prior to joining Pride full time, he was an optician and spent a number of years working in HR and education within the sector in both Ireland and the UK. He has post graduate training in design thinking for sustainability with a focus on the intersections between climate justice and social justice.

Luke McLoughlin (He/Him)
Luke is the Dublin Pride Head of Operations and coordinates the Pride At Work Training Programme. He has a background in finance and is an Assoc CIPD Member.

Colm Molloy (They/Them)
Colm is a non binary artist, activist and historian and Cultural and Creative Lead for Dublin LGBTQ+ Pride. They have a background in education and mentoring and have been an LGBTQ+ activist for over two decades.

Karina Murray (She/Her)
Karina is the Volunteer and Inclusion Manager with Dublin Pride. She has worked with a number of LGBTQ+ organisations with a focus on health and well-being within the community. She is an active member of Sporting Pride Ireland and Aisteach Queer Housing Co-Operative.

Jamie Kenny (He/Him)
Jamie is the Co-CEO of Dublin LGBTQ+ Pride. With qualifications in both youth and community work and anthropology, he has worked with LGBTQ+ organisations and campaigns in both Dublin and Northern Ireland for the last two decades.
