FAQ
How long does each learning session last?
We generally recommend allowing one hour for each session. That allows time for introductions, a presentation lasting 30 – 40 minutes, and then time for discussion and questions. We’re happy to adjust this according to your needs.
Are the sessions delivered online or in-person?
Sessions can be delivered online, in person, or in a hybrid style.
Where are in-person sessions delivered?
In-person sessions are generally delivered at your own offices or meeting venue. We’re happy to travel anywhere in Ireland.
Is there a maximum capacity on attendees?
We don’t place any maximum capacity on attendees.
Can you deliver more than one module in a session?
Yes, we’re happy to tailor sessions to your needs and can offer half or full day solutions to cover more topics.
Do you just deliver the set learning modules listed on the website?
No, we’re happy to collaborate with you to design learning and development experiences that match your needs. Our facilitation team bring a diversity of lived experiences combined with academic qualifications that we’re happy to share with you.
Are you a non-profit organisation?
Yes, as a non-profit organisation your training fees have a double impact as they support not only your own team, but also a range of community projects.
