Pride at Work is a not-for-profit Training and Events organisation that supports socially sustainable and inclusive workplaces. We use an empathy led system, with a focus on education, knowledge sharing, storytelling and collaboration to achieve this.

Our facilitation team have a mix of both academic qualifications across human resources, sustainability, community work, culture, creativity and innovation, combined with diversity in lived experiences.

We believe that diversity gives organisations and communities the opportunity to be more innovative, better at solving problems and more efficient.

We believe that equity gives everyone the opportunity to achieve their full potential and be their best selves.

We believe that inclusion gives us all the opportunity to be our own wonderful and unique selves, while at the same time be part of something that is bigger than the sum of its parts – community.

We believe that sustainability means giving every community the opportunity to meet their needs, without compromising the needs of other communities or future generations.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Sustainability. DEIS: in Irish, that’s how we spell opportunity

Through our workshops we create a safe space for people to learn, explore new ideas and ask questions without judgement. Each of our modules can be delivered as standalone workshops or as part of a longer-term training programme. We also offer tailored training and consultation services.
